Popcorn Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 5 cups (1.25L) popped popcorn
  • 1 Tbsp (15ml) melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) roughly chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) sliced dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Add popcorn to large bowl and pour coconut oil over top.

  2. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over top and stir to coat.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir to mix.
